Good looking but poor quality

It’s a worldwide pandemic so naturally shipping delays should be expected, I placed my order mid November and it arrived mid January -however it was not worth the wait. The package arrived poorly sealed and banged up with a bit of crumpled packing paper in the box to that would only semi prevent the hat from bouncing around. For a $100 hat (before taxes and shipping) I would expect a hat box or a mould inside the cap to help keep it shape and protect it while being shipped or unworn. Buyers beware: designed in Australia but made in China, the price tag does not reflect the quality especially for a hat trimmed with faux leather.
