    Our products are designed right here in Melbourne, Australia. From there we liaise with our most trusted suppliers of the specific product in China. We work closely with them, monitoring the process and discuss every design and detailing choice throughout the process.
  2. WHERE CAN I FIND THE RANGE INSTORE?
    You can find a list of our partners here. Each of our partners stock varied products from our range that is visible online. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they will have the style you are after. We recommend getting in touch with them directly to see what stock they currently have available.

  2. AM I THE SAME SIZE IN ALL YOUR STYLES?
    All of our styles are made at a 57cm circumference and are true to size. Every style features an adjustable inner lining to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

  1. IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
    Any orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped on the same day Monday-Friday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays).

    Your order will ship directly from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Victoria.

    We ship worldwide. Orders over $50 receive free shipping Australia wide!

    Once we receive your returned parcel we will assess it according to our policy. Should it be approved you will receive the refund within 1-2 business days. For and exchange, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days to arrange your new order.
