Here’s all the important shipping information you need to know.

Before you confirm your order, please double check the shipping details as we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed online.

All orders are carefully packaged in a cardboard box & filled with paper to protect your purchase during transit.

Despatch refers to when your product leaves distribution centre.

ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12PM WILL BE DESPATCHED SAME DAY.

Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or on Victorian (Australia) public holidays.

All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Once your order is dispatched, we hand your standard parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. These are their estimated delivery timeframes:

VIC Metro – expect delivery 1-3 business days from despatch.

All other capital cities – delivery is between 3-5 business days from despatch.

Regional Australia – allow a little longer, 5-7 business days from despatch.

All orders with standard shipping are sent using Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be collected at a nearby Post Office.

Express Shipping – $9.90

It’s important to note that express shipping is not an overnight service. Once your order is despatched, we hand your express shipping parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. These are their estimated delivery timeframes:

VIC Metro – expect delivery 1-2 business days from despatch.

All other capital cities – delivery is between 1-3 business days from despatch.

Regional Australia – takes a little longer, 3-6 business days from despatch.

All orders with Express Shipping are sent using Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, a slip will be left at the address and the parcel can be collected at a nearby Post Office.

International orders have a flat rate of AU$30 no matter where you live in the world.

International delivery times are between 7-21 days depending on your location.

Orders to countries such as the New Zealand, United States and the United Kingdom take 7-10 business days. If you would like a shipping time estimate for your purchase, please email us at support@aceofsomething.com.au

If you have not received your ordered items within the estimated time frame, please email us (support@aceofsomething.com.au) with your full name and order number and we will investigate for you.
