SHIPPING COSTS
- FREE Standard Shipping for all AU orders.
- FREE Express Shipping for all orders over $300.00
- Alternatively, for orders under $300.00, Express Shipping is $15.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship everywhere!
- Shipping to New Zealand costs AU $15.00.
- Shipping everywhere else costs AU $30.00.

PACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once you place you Ace Of Something order, we'll pack it straight from our Melbourne warehouse.
- We pack and send all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays), from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria
- While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post.
DELIVERY TIMING
- The Australia Post’s Delivery Timing estimator (linked here) is super helpful when you're estimating when your Ace Of Something order will arrive.
- We highly recommend checking these details ahead of placing your order, especially if you are purchasing for a timely event.
- Delivery is managed by Australia Post and not something we have any control over. If a purchase does not arrive by the date you need it, you're very welcome to return it for a refund, however, the return postage costs will need to be covered by you.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- Once Australia Post checks-in your parcel, they'll send you a Tracking Code, which will help keep track of your estimated delivery date and time.
IN-PERSON PICK-UPS
- Our small Melbourne office & studio does not have the capacity to offer a click-and-collect service at this stage.
- If you’re looking for a style and are pushed for time, we may be able to direct you to a nearby Ace Of Something stockist.
